本公司整合了原誠達集團旗下之鞋材部門（誠泰橡膠大底廠；誠泰MOLD EVA廠；東莞橡膠大底廠），於2008年10月成立，是一家臺資企業，占地面積640000平方米，主要生產Rubber Outsole, Mold EVA及PVC Outsole等，公司主要合作品牌有Vibram, ROCKY, MICHELIN, Hush Puppies , Start Rite, Dr. Martens , ALTRA等.

        JiTai was founded in 2008 to integrate all the Rubber OutSole and Mold EVA factories under ShingTak Group (ShingTai Rubber Outsole factory ; ShingTai Mold EVA factory; DongGuan Rubber Outsole factory), is a Taiwan funded enterprises, covers an area of 640000 square meters, the main products are Rubber Outsole, Mold EVA and PVC Outsole,the company for the major international Brand Company have good cooperative production such as: Vibram ,ROCKY ,MICHELIN ,Hush Puppies ,Start Rite ,Dr. Martens ,ALTRA and so on.

化工技術開發中心

根據市場需求研發新產品，配合客戶前段開發，運用專業技術，給客戶提供專業性的意見，加強產品物性與配方之研發，改良，提升產品功能，以期提供給客戶具有競爭力之產品。

Chemical Technique R&D Center

Purpose：Coordinating with customers’ sample developing, and providing customers more competitive product in the market.

* Developing specific RB Outsole formula to meet customers’request.

* Developing and suggesting specific compound to meet customers’ price target. 

物性實驗室

配合研發產品之物性，檢驗產品之物性，確保產品之品質，並做到事先預防之功能。

Testing Lab

Purpose：Testing the qualities of RB Outsole to ensure the qualities can meet customers’ need. 

生產車間

生產車間的設計採用連續性之長型設計，從倉庫，備料，成型，整理，包裝，出貨，保持動線上之連貫性，改善並提升產值效益的發揮。

Manufacture Depts

Designing the layout of the plant from material, stirring, hot press, trimming, packing to shipping in a line to smooth all the operation and improve the manufacturing efficiency.

生產一部

生產一部主要生產Rubber Outsole，產品主要包括各類橡膠鞋底，耐油大底， 高耐磨大底，吸震大底，抗靜電大底，透明大底，環保大底，特殊產品包括耐油止滑大底，輕質大底，輕質止滑大底，Sticky Rubber，大底加草等

Manufacture Dept I is main producing Various Types of Rubber Outsole, the production are include different outsoles, such as Oil Resistant Outsole, wear-resistant outsole, Shock-absorption Outsole, Static-resistant Outsole, Clean Outsole, Recycle Outsole.

The Specific Products including Oil and Slip Resistant Outsole, Light Weight &  Slip Resistant Outsole Sticky Rubber and outsole with grass.  

生產二部

生產二部主要產品為傳統之MOLD EVA，產口主要包括各類模壓EVA，耐磨EVA大底，高彈EVA，高彈高壓縮EVA，超輕EVA，超輕高壓縮EVA，吸震EVA，環保EVA等

Manufacture Dept II is main producing Mold EVA, the products including Various Types of EVA Midsole, such as wear-resistant EVA Outsole, High-elastic EVA, High-elastic and High-compressibility EVA, Light wight EVA , Light weight and High-compressibility EVA, Shock-absorption EVA, Recycle EVA and so on.
